TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. TAXES & DUTIES

The following countries are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis: Switzerland, UK, European Union countries. All other countries are shipped on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) terms. If a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination is selected, product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties, as well as VAT. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

2. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has left us, you will receive an email containing an air waybill number to track its progress online.

3. DELIVERY DELAY

Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and payment is received and includes a 24 hour period (except in cases of force majeure) where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. For out of stock items the delivery delay is extended by 5 days necessary for their production. We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.

4. INSURANCE

LANSA insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by LANSA and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days.

6. PAYMENT METHOD

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express® and PostCard.

7. PAYMENT SECURITY

All transactions on this website are processed using SIX Payment Services AG, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.

8. WEBSITE SECURITY
